Account information (name, phone, email), booking and appointment history, design preferences and style directions, hand photos submitted for design generation (processed securely — not stored unless you save a design), location data when you use salon discovery features (with permission), and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers).
We do not sell it to third parties. We do not use it for advertising targeting. We do not share health observations with anyone except your booked technicians. We do not use nail photos for AI model training without explicit opt-in consent.
Nail health observations are stored in your personal health record. They are visible only to you and technicians you book. You can delete your health record at any time. This data is never used for advertising, research, or third-party sharing.
Access your data at any time in account settings. Delete your account and all associated data. Opt out of non-essential data processing. Request a copy of your data (data portability).
Active account data is retained while your account is active. Health records are deleted within 30 days of account deletion request. Anonymized, aggregated style trend data (no personal identifiers) may be retained for platform improvement.
